I am just writing to let you know how extremely happy I was with the service you provided yesterday. I have been looking for a new service to come and clean my home from time to time and everyone I have brought in just didn't meet my standards. I am extremely picky and like a lot of attention to detail. I knew I only wanted services that were insured and bonded, ones that I could communicate with whoever they sent to the house, one that were very thorough and had the choice to use green products as well. From the moment I called your company to the actual cleaning, you have impressed me. The girls came right on time, they both spoke English and they did exactly as I asked. There was not one thing that I had to point out before they left, very impressive. They even went the extra mile and emptied/ cleaned out my shredder without being asked to, other services I have had just wiped it down, really great attention to detail your staff provided. Your rates are very comparable to the other services and your flexibility with scheduling was amazing. Additionally, the offering of the use of (only green products) if I wanted at no additional cost was just a fabulous bonus. Since, I have a young child at home I am always concerned about chemicals in my home as well. Lastly, the fact that I was able to text you and have a response within minutes to any of my questions really out shines all the other services. I didn't have to leave a voicemail, I didn't have to wait for an answer it was within minutes you replied to my text and at all hours, really amazing. I will definitely be a return customer.

Courteous, friendly, English speaking, thorough, attention to detail, use of green products if you choose, flexibility with scheduling and you communicate directly with the owner anytime you desire.
