How will our relationship work?

Since we know we must earn your continued patronage on each visit, we don't use contracts. We depend on open communications. If you are happy, tell a friend. Also let us know of way we can better serve you.

What are your rates?

Our pricing is completely individualized. Our experience have helped us learn that every home is as unique as the people living there. We base our pricing on many factors, including the presence of pet hair, clutter and even your lifestyle. That is why we like to meet with you before quoting you a price.

Do I need to provide any supplies or equipment?

For your convenience, equipment and normal supplies are provided by Cinderella Cleaning Service. But if You wish we can use your supplies.

Do you clean homes just once, or do you have to clean long-term?

While most of our customers prefer a weekly cleaning on a regularly scheduled day, we also clean homes every other week or less frequently. Even special occasions.

Do I have to do anything before the cleaning?

In order to give you the greatest value, we ask you to take a few minutes the night before to pick up extraneous clothing, toys and other household items

What if something is damaged when my home is cleaned?

We treat your home with greatest care, however, should damage or breakage occur while we are cleaning your home, we would make every effort to have the item repaired, or replaced if it cannot be repaired. Insurance claims will be filed when appropriate.

Are the housekeepers insured and bonded?

All of Cinderella Maid Service cleaners are insured and bonded and are direct employees of the company.

What are my payment options?

Simply leave a check or cash on the counter top at the time of cleaning.

Do I have to give Cinderella Maid Service my house/office keys?

Many of our customers work during the day and enjoy coming home to a clean house after a long day. Most of our customers supply us with a key to their home or a code to enter through a garage. Your key is kept safely in a lock box when not being used by the team. Some customers have an alternative method that they are comfortable with. Of course, we also can arrange a time for you to meet us at the home.

Will I always have the same cleaners?

Cinderella Maid Service understands the importance of continuity in cleaners and we will prioritize keeping the same cleaner assigned to your home. However, if your cleaners should be ill or on vacation we ill assign another trained and competent cleaner to you. Due to heavy morning scheduling we will be unable to let you know ahead of time if we have assigned a new cleaner.

What is the difference between Cinderella Maid Service and a cleaning lady or housekeeper?

Cinderella Maid Service makes house cleaning easy for you. We make sure that we are at your home on the day you expect us to and we manage the quality. We are also bonded and insured, so you are protected against theft, accidental breakage or accidents inside your home.
