Our pricing is completely individualized. Our experience have helped us learn that every home is as unique as the people living there. We base our pricing on many factors, including the presence of pet hair, clutter, household size and even your lifestyle.
For your convenience, equipment and normal supplies are provided by NJ Clean Maid Service. But if you wish, we can use your supplies.
While most of our customers prefer bi-weekly cleaning on a regularly scheduled day, we also clean homes more or less frequently or as needed basis.
In order to give you the greatest value, we ask you to take a few minutes the night before the maids arrive to pick up extraneous clothing, toys and other household items
We treat your home with greatest care, however, should damage or breakage occur while we are cleaning your home, we would make every effort to have the item repaired or replaced. If it cannot be repaired insurance claims will be filed when appropriate.
All of NJ Clean Maid Services LLC employees are insured and bonded and are direct employees of the company.
Simply leave a check or cash on the counter top at the time of cleaning.
Many of our customers work during the day and enjoy coming home to a clean house after a long day. Most of our customers supply us with a key to their home or a code to enter through a garage. Your key is kept safely in a lock box when not being used by the team. Some of customers have an alternative method that they are comfortable with. Of course, we also can arrange a time for you to meet us at the home.
NJ Clean Maid Services understands the importance of continuity in cleaners and we will prioritize keeping the same cleaner assigned to your home. However, if your maid should be ill or on vacation we ill assign another trained and competent cleaner to you. Due to heavy morning scheduling we will be unable to let you know ahead of time if we have assigned a new cleaner.
NJ Clean Maid Services makes house cleaning easy for you. We make sure that we are at your home on the day you expect us to and we manage the quality. We are also bonded and insured, so you are protected against theft, accidental breakage or accidents inside your home. We have a tax id number and file our taxes so you don`t have to deal with the tax issues.
